Our Founder

Founder John Neville created MTT’s entire curriculum – articles, audios, videos – based on the mindfulness techniques he used to transform his health and well-being. His mindfulness-based approach has been successfully helping students reduce test anxiety since 2010.

John understands the pressure and academic rigors of the scholastic experience. John received a B.S. in mathematics from Stanford University and an M.S. in financial economics from the University of Oxford before switching to mindfulness coaching.

John is a registered yoga teacher (RYT), medical qigong practitioner (MQP), certified hypnotherapist, and master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
