Mindful Ambassador Program provides individuals with a substantial boost to their comprehension of mindfulness

Our program involves four 90-minute video calls discussing core mindfulness principles and exercises

You will:

Learn to activate present moment awareness, any time & any place

Engage in a dialogue with your subconscious mind to create precise behavioral change

Use Emotional Freedom Technique to release stress, re-wire your brain, and overcome your personal challenges

Speak consciously, take control of your neurological response to life, and shift your attitude from victim to victor
